Thank you for your request dated 2 June 2025 regarding the provision of specialised mechanical engineering services for your new manufacturing facility located in the 15th arrondissement of France Paris. Following our initial site assessment and technical consultation, we are pleased to present this formal Quotation Estimate outlining the full scope of work, associated costs, and delivery timelines for the engagement of our senior Mechanical Engineer team. 1. Scope of Work – Mechanical Engineer Services in France Paris
This Quotation Estimate covers the comprehensive provision of a dedicated Mechanical Engineer and supporting technical staff to deliver the following services at your premises in France Paris:

3. Payment Schedule
This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following milestone-based payment schedule, all amounts inclusive of applicable French VAT (TVA) at the standard rate of 20%:

- Milestone 2 – 25% upon completion of design & simulation phase: € 46,182.00

4. Terms & Conditions
4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate shall remain valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and availability commitments are subject to reconfirmation in writing.
4.2 Intellectual Property: All designs, models, simulations, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of Société Industrielle du Grand Paris SAS upon full payment. Atelier Mécanique Précision SARL retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with prior written consent.
4.3 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, commercial terms, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this Quotation Estimate, in accordance with French data protection law (Loi Informatique et Libertés) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
4.4 Liability & Insurance: Our Mechanical Engineer team operates under a professional liability insurance policy (RC Professionnelle) with a coverage limit of € 5,000,000 per claim, held with AXA France. A certificate of insurance shall be provided upon request.
4.5 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, industrial strikes, or government-mandated closures affecting operations in France Paris.
4.6 Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Paris (Tribunal de Commerce de Paris) in accordance with French procedural law.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the French Republic.
5. Acceptance
To accept this Quotation Estimate, please sign and return a copy of this document within the validity period stated above, or issue a formal purchase order referencing Quotation No. QTE-2025-ME-0487. Upon receipt of your signed acceptance, we will issue a formal service contract (Contrat de Prestation de Services) within five (5) business days.
