SCOPE OF SERVICES – MECHANICAL ENGINEERThis Quotation Estimate is issued by TechnoMech Engineering Solutions GmbH for the provision of a qualified Mechanical Engineer to support the production line modernization project at the client's facility in Germany Munich. The Mechanical Engineer shall be responsible for the design, analysis, and commissioning oversight of mechanical systems including conveyor assemblies, hydraulic and pneumatic actuation units, gearboxes, bearing arrangements, and structural support frameworks. All engineering deliverables shall comply with applicable German and European standards, including DIN, VDI, and EN regulations, as well as the specific technical requirements outlined in the project brief for this Germany Munich site.
The Mechanical Engineer will operate on-site at the client's premises in Munich, Germany, for the duration specified below, and will report directly to the client's project management team. This Quotation Estimate covers all professional engineering services, travel within the Munich metropolitan area, and the use of standard engineering software licenses (SolidWorks, ANSYS, AutoCAD Mechanical) required to fulfil the scope of work.

The engagement of the Mechanical Engineer is estimated to span a period of three (3) calendar months, commencing on 01 July 2025 and concluding on 30 September 2025, subject to the client's project milestones. The Mechanical Engineer shall be available on-site in Germany Munich for a minimum of 40 hours per week during the active project phase. Any extension beyond the initial three-month period will be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued by TechnoMech Engineering Solutions GmbH at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the original end date.
5. TERMS AND CONDITIONS- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market rates in Germany Munich.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and documentation phase, and 30% upon final commissioning sign-off. All invoices are payable within 14 days of receipt in accordance with German commercial practice (BGB § 286).
- The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a minimum of a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Dipl.-Ing. or M.Sc.) and possess at least eight (8) years of relevant industrial experience in the German manufacturing sector.
- All work performed by the Mechanical Engineer shall be subject to the client's site safety regulations and the occupational health and safety requirements applicable in Germany Munich (DGUV, BGV A3).
- Intellectual property: All designs, drawings, and documentation produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. TechnoMech Engineering Solutions GmbH retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio with the client's written consent.
- Force majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Germany Munich region.
- Dispute resolution: Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive court of jurisdiction shall be the Local Court (Amtsgericht) or Regional Court (Landgericht) of Munich, Germany.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed purchase order or contract agreement.
