The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall provide the following professional services to the client's facility located in Ghana Accra:
- Comprehensive inspection and condition assessment of all mechanical systems, including HVAC units, industrial compressors, boilers, and piping networks at the client's premises in Ghana Accra.
- Design and engineering of a new process heating system compliant with Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) regulations and local building codes applicable in Ghana Accra.
- Preparation of detailed technical drawings, P&ID diagrams, and engineering specifications for the proposed mechanical installation.
- Supervision and quality assurance during the installation phase, ensuring all work meets the standards expected of a licensed Mechanical Engineer in the Republic of Ghana.

Payment for the services outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be made as follows:
- 30% Advance Payment: GHS 68,379.00 upon signing of the service agreement and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% Progress Payment: GHS 91,172.00 upon completion of the engineering design phase and approval of technical documentation by the client.
- 25% Completion Payment: GHS 56,982.50 upon successful commissioning, GSA certification, and handover of all as-built documentation.
- 5% Retention: GHS 11,396.50 released after the first quarterly maintenance visit under the post-commissioning advisory plan.
All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Accra Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch. Invoices shall be issued in accordance with Ghana Revenue Authority invoicing requirements.
The Mechanical Engineer team shall mobilize to the client's site in Ghana Accra within five (5) working days of contract execution. The total estimated project duration is twelve (12) weeks from the date of mobilization, subject to client approvals at each milestone. Delays attributable to client-side decisions, third-party permit processing, or force majeure events shall extend the timeline accordingly.
6.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, exchange rates, or regulatory requirements in Ghana Accra.
6.2 The Mechanical Engineer shall hold a valid professional license issued by the Engineering Council of Ghana (ECG) and shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of GHS 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the engagement.
6.3 All work shall comply with the Ghana Standards Authority (GSA) codes, the Building and Planning Act (Act 703), and applicable environmental regulations enforced by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) of Ghana.
6.4 The client shall provide safe access to the site, necessary utilities (power, water), and coordination with local authorities in Ghana Accra as required for the execution of the works.
6.5 Any variation or change order to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties before execution. The Quotation Estimate shall be amended accordingly with a supplementary schedule of rates.
6.6 Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through mediation in Ghana Accra, and failing resolution within thirty (30) days, through arbitration under the Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 29) of Ghana.
6.7 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
