• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require re-confirmation of rates.
• Payment terms: 40% advance upon signing the work order, 40% upon completion of on-site Mechanical Engineer fieldwork, and 20% upon final handover of documentation and reports.
• All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd., HDFC Bank, Peenya Branch, Bangalore, India. Account No. and IFSC details will be provided on the official invoice.
• The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of 12 years of professional experience in mechanical design, thermodynamics, and industrial equipment systems, and will be a registered member of the Institution of Engineers (India), Bangalore Chapter.
• Any scope changes or additional work beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a separate written amendment and additional charges at the same hourly/daily rates specified above.
• Our liability under this engagement is limited to the total value of this Quotation Estimate. We shall not be held responsible for consequential or indirect losses arising from the use of our engineering recommendations.
• All intellectual property, design files, and simulation data generated during the course of this project shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full and final payment.
