3.1 This Quotation Estimate is issued exclusively for the client named above and is non-transferable. The Mechanical Engineer services described herein are to be performed at the designated site in India Mumbai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.2 Payment Terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and analysis deliverables, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of all documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the firm's account in India Mumbai.
3.3 The Mechanical Engineer team shall adhere to all applicable Indian engineering codes, including IS 800 (Steel Structures), IS 3180 (Pressure Vessels), and relevant DGMS safety regulations applicable in the state of Maharashtra, India Mumbai jurisdiction.
3.4 The client shall provide timely access to the site, existing drawings, and all necessary data required for the Mechanical Engineer to perform the assigned tasks. Delays caused by the client shall extend the project timeline proportionally.
3.5 Intellectual property of all design documents, calculations, and reports prepared by the Mechanical Engineer shall vest with the client upon full and final payment. The firm retains the right to use anonymized project data for internal reference.
3.6 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties. Disputes, if any, shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India Mumbai, Maharashtra.
3.7 The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a coverage of not less than INR 50,00,000 for the duration of the engagement in India Mumbai.
