- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, rates may be revised based on prevailing market conditions in India New Delhi.
- Payment Terms: 25% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 50% upon completion of design and procurement phases, and 25% upon successful commissioning and handover.
- All Mechanical Engineer deliverables shall be submitted in both hard copy and digital format (PDF, DWG, and native CAD files) to the client at their premises in New Delhi.
- The Mechanical Engineer team shall adhere to all safety protocols as mandated by the Factory Act, 1948, and the Delhi Factories Rules applicable to industrial operations in India New Delhi.
- Any change in scope beyond the defined work items shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written agreement between both parties.
- Intellectual property of all design documents, calculations, and reports prepared by our Mechanical Engineer team shall vest with the client upon full and final payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration being New Delhi, India.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
