This Quotation Estimate is issued by Tigris Engineering & Consultancy Co. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer professional services for the Al-Rafidain Industrial Development Authority. The scope encompasses the design, review, commissioning, and ongoing technical supervision of mechanical systems for a new manufacturing facility located in the Al-Karrada industrial zone of Iraq Baghdad. All services shall be delivered in strict compliance with Iraqi Ministry of Industry and Mineral Standards, local municipal building codes applicable to Baghdad, and internationally recognized engineering practices (ASME, ISO 9001, and API guidelines).
The Mechanical Engineer team assigned to this project will consist of a Lead Mechanical Engineer with a minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in industrial plant design, two (2) senior mechanical design engineers, one (1) HVAC specialist, and one (1) piping and process systems engineer. All personnel will be based in Iraq Baghdad for the duration of the engagement to ensure on-site availability, rapid response to site conditions, and direct coordination with local contractors and regulatory authorities in Baghdad.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in material costs and exchange rates within Iraq.
- All prices quoted are in Iraqi Dinar (IQD) and are inclusive of the Mechanical Engineer team's professional fees, travel within Baghdad, and standard engineering software licenses. Prices are exclusive of any applicable Iraqi government taxes, which are itemized separately above.
- Payment shall be made in four (4) milestones: 25% upon contract signing, 30% upon completion of detailed design, 30% upon completion of on-site supervision, and 15% upon final handover and acceptance in Iraq Baghdad.
- The Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed in accordance with the Iraqi Engineering Code, Baghdad Municipal Building Regulations, and the client's project specifications. Any deviation from these standards must be approved in writing by both parties.
- The service provider shall maintain professional indemnity insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 IQD, valid throughout the project duration in Iraq Baghdad.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and technical data produced under this Quotation Estimate engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, government-imposed restrictions, or natural disasters affecting Baghdad, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce in Baghdad.
- The Mechanical Engineer team shall comply with all Iraqi labor laws, health and safety regulations, and site-specific safety plans mandated by the client for work performed in Iraq Baghdad.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties with authorized signatories.
