3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed beyond this period, the Mechanical Engineer services and associated pricing may be subject to revision based on current market conditions in Tel Aviv, Israel.

3.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in four installments: 25% upon contract signing, 35% upon completion of design deliverables, 30% upon completion of construction supervision, and 10% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments are due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date and shall be transferred to the provider's bank account in Tel Aviv.

3.3 Professional Standards: All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed in accordance with the Code of Ethics of the Israel Engineers Association, applicable Israeli Standards (SII), and the Building Code of Tel Aviv-Yafo. The responsible Mechanical Engineer shall maintain full professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 5,000,000 ILS.

3.4 Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and engineering drawings produced under this Quotation Estimate shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.

3.5 Change Orders: Any modification to the scope of work beyond the parameters defined in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional Mechanical Engineer hours beyond the estimated scope shall be billed at a rate of 1,200 ILS per hour.

3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Tel Aviv in accordance with the Israeli Arbitration Law, 5728-1968.

3.7 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary information, and commercial terms disclosed during the engagement. This obligation survives for a period of three (3) years following project completion.
