All payments for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in West African CFA Francs (XOF) via bank transfer to the designated account of Abidjan Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd. The payment schedule for the Mechanical Engineer services is structured as follows: 30% advance payment upon contract signature, 40% upon completion of design and fabrication supervision milestones, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover in Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Invoices are payable within 15 calendar days of issuance. Late payments shall attract a penalty of 1.5% per month as per Ivorian commercial law.
Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices for Mechanical Engineer services may be revised due to market fluctuations in the Ivory Coast economy.
- All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed by qualified and certified engineers registered with the Ivorian Order of Engineers (Ordre des Ingénieurs de Côte d'Ivoire).
- The Mechanical Engineer team shall comply with all health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable in Abidjan, Ivory Coast, including those enforced by the Ivorian Ministry of Environment.
- Any change in scope of the Mechanical Engineer services beyond the described items in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost assessment.
