1. This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the designated Mechanical Engineer are subject to reconfirmation.
2. Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and engineering phase, and 30% upon final handover and acceptance at the Kazakhstan Almaty site.
3. All payments shall be made in tenge (KZT) to the bank account of Altai Engineering Solutions LLP, Almaty, Kazakhstan. International wire transfers are accepted with a 2% surcharge for currency conversion.
4. The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project shall hold a valid professional engineering license issued by the Kazakhstan Chamber of Engineers and shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 KZT throughout the engagement.
5. Any changes to the scope of work, additional site visits beyond the Kazakhstan Almaty project boundary, or extended commissioning periods shall be subject to a revised Quotation Estimate issued as a formal change order.
6. Altai Engineering Solutions LLP shall comply with all applicable labor laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including the Labor Code of Kazakhstan, and all local regulations governing the practice of mechanical engineering in Almaty.
7. Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged under this Quotation Estimate engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties for a period of five (5) years following project completion.
8. Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Almaty, Kazakhstan, in accordance with the rules of the Almaty International Arbitration Centre.
9. This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial basis for such an agreement.
