The assigned Mechanical Engineer holds a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Kuwait University, is a registered professional engineer with the Kuwait Engineers and Architects Syndicate, and possesses over twelve years of experience in commercial and industrial mechanical systems within the State of Kuwait. All services will be delivered on-site in Kuwait City, Kuwait, with a minimum of five (5) working days per week during the contract period.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for services beyond this period will require a revised quotation.
- Payment terms: 40% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of on-site supervision (Month 3), and 20% upon final handover and acceptance in Kuwait City.
- All invoices shall be issued in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) and are payable within fourteen (14) days of receipt via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
- The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project shall not be substituted without prior written consent from the client. In the event of unavoidable absence, a replacement of equivalent or superior qualification will be provided.
- All work shall comply with the regulations of the Public Authority for Housing Welfare (PAHW), Kuwait Fire and Civil Defense, and the Kuwait Municipality. The client is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals in Kuwait City.
- Any additional services or scope changes beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written amendment and additional cost approval.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait and shall be resolved through the competent courts in Kuwait City.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the scope, pricing, and terms outlined herein for the Mechanical Engineer services to be performed in Kuwait, Kuwait City.
