1. Scope of Mechanical Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by KL Mechanical Engineering Solutions Sdn. Bhd. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer consultancy and technical services for the HVAC System Upgrade project at Menara Petronas, Malaysia Kuala Lumpur. 3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Engineering, Science and Technology Division (ESTD) of the Ministry of Energy and Natural Resources (MENER) regulations in Malaysia.
- Payment terms: 40% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design deliverables, and 20% upon final commissioning and handover in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur.
- All invoices shall be payable within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate of 5% per annum as per Malaysian commercial practice.
- The Mechanical Engineer team shall be led by a Chartered Engineer (Ir.) registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and holding valid professional indemnity insurance.
- Any variation or change in scope beyond the original Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a separate written variation order and additional cost assessment.
- All intellectual property rights in design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until a formal Purchase Order or Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2005 of Malaysia.
- The Mechanical Engineer services are subject to availability of qualified personnel. In the event of force majeure, timelines shall be extended accordingly with written notification.
4. Acceptance
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services to be delivered in Malaysia Kuala Lumpur as described herein.
