This Quotation Estimate is issued by Golden Pagoda Engineering Consultants Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer professional services for the Yangon Industrial Development Zone Authority. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating exchange rates between Myanmar Kyat and US Dollar, or changes in material and labour costs within Myanmar Yangon.
- All Mechanical Engineer services described herein shall be performed in accordance with the Myanmar Engineering Council (MEC) code of professional conduct and the Myanmar Labour Law 2013. The Mechanical Engineer team shall comply with all site safety regulations enforced by the Myanmar Yangon City Development Committee.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of installation supervision (Item 2); 30% upon final handover of all documentation and completion of the 12-month support period. Payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account specified in the commercial invoice.
- The Mechanical Engineer services are subject to a standard warranty period of twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering any design errors or omissions attributable to the consulting team.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-imposed restrictions, or civil unrest affecting Myanmar Yangon, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and reports generated under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer team retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
- Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Myanmar Arbitration Law 2016, with the seat of arbitration in Yangon, Myanmar.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties. The terms herein serve as the commercial basis for such an agreement.
