This Quotation Estimate is issued by Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer consultancy and design services for the Wellington Regional Infrastructure Authority. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in New Zealand.
- All rates are quoted in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of all Mechanical Engineer professional fees, software licensing, and standard engineering deliverables.
- The Mechanical Engineer services described herein are to be performed by or under the direct supervision of a Chartered Mechanical Engineer registered with the Engineering New Zealand (ENZ) body.
- All design work shall comply with the New Zealand Building Code, AS/NZS standards, and Wellington City Council planning requirements. The client acknowledges that final approval rests with the relevant New Zealand Wellington authorities.
- Payment is due within fourteen (14) days of invoice date. Late payments shall attract interest at the rate prescribed under the New Zealand Commerce Act 1986.
- Any variation to the scope of work must be agreed in writing by both parties prior to commencement of additional Mechanical Engineer services.
- Apex Mechanical Engineering Solutions Ltd shall maintain professional indemnity insurance of no less than NZD $5,000,000 for the duration of the project in New Zealand Wellington.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and a signed agreement is executed.
- All intellectual property in design documents produced by the Mechanical Engineer team shall transfer to the client upon full payment of this Quotation Estimate.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved under the laws of New Zealand, with jurisdiction in the District Court of Wellington.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services to be delivered in New Zealand Wellington as described herein. The client confirms that all information provided for the preparation of this estimate is accurate and that the project site is accessible for the Mechanical Engineer team.
