3.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in materials, labor rates, or regulatory changes applicable in Peru Lima.
3.2 Payment Terms: Payment shall be structured as follows: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and inspection phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and delivery of all documentation. All payments shall be made in Peruvian Soles (PEN) via bank transfer to the account of Ingeniería Mecánica del Pacífico S.A.C.
3.3 Scope Limitations: This Quotation Estimate covers only the Mechanical Engineer services explicitly listed in Section 2. Any additional scope, change orders, or emergency interventions requested by the client beyond the original scope will be subject to a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued separately.
3.4 Professional Liability: The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this project carries professional liability insurance with a coverage of no less than PEN 500,000, as required by Peruvian law for engineering services rendered in Peru Lima.
3.5 Confidentiality: All technical data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged during the execution of this Quotation Estimate shall be treated as strictly confidential by both parties.
3.6 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the Civil Code of Peru and applicable engineering regulations issued by the Colegio de Ingenieros del Perú, with jurisdiction in the courts of Lima, Peru Lima.
