- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in the Philippines Manila engineering services sector.
- All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed in strict compliance with the Philippine Mechanical Engineering Law (R.A. 8554), the Philippine Building Code, and applicable DOE and BFP regulations.
- Payment terms: Fifty percent (50%) advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; the remaining fifty percent (50%) shall be settled upon successful completion and client sign-off of all deliverables.
- The project timeline is estimated at twenty-five (25) working days from the date of contract execution, subject to client availability and permitting schedules in Philippines Manila.
- All deliverables, including design documents, reports, and as-built drawings, shall be provided in both hard copy (three sets) and digital format (PDF and CAD files).
