1. Scope of Work – Mechanical Engineer Services in Russia MoscowThis Quotation Estimate is issued by Engineering Solutions Moscow LLC in response to the formal request for professional Mechanical Engineer consulting and design services to be delivered at the client's industrial facility located in the industrial district of Russia Moscow, specifically within the Moscow Industrial Park No. 7, Krasnogorsk Administrative Okrug. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of mechanical engineering support, including preliminary design, detailed engineering, equipment selection, installation supervision, and commissioning oversight for the client's new manufacturing line expansion project.
The Mechanical Engineer team assigned to this project will operate in full compliance with all applicable Russian Federation regulations, including GOST standards, SNiP building codes, and the requirements of Rostekhnadzor (Federal Service for Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision). - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Russia Moscow.
- Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the detailed design package, 20% upon completion of installation supervision, and 10% upon final commissioning and handover. All payments shall be made in Russian Rubles via bank transfer to the account of Engineering Solutions Moscow LLC, Sberbank, Moscow Branch.
- The Mechanical Engineer team shall maintain full professional liability insurance coverage in accordance with Russian Federation law for the entire duration of the engagement.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and engineering deliverables produced under this contract shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer team retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
- Any changes to the scope of work must be documented through a formal Change Order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions, or regulatory changes affecting operations in Russia Moscow, shall be governed by Article 416 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow, in accordance with the procedural rules of that court.
- The Mechanical Engineer services described herein are subject to the professional standards of the Russian Union of Engineers and the requirements of the Federal Law on Technical Regulation (No. 184-FZ).
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate accurately reflects the agreed-upon scope, pricing, and terms for the Mechanical Engineer services to be performed in Russia Moscow. This document, once countersigned, shall serve as the basis for the formal Service Agreement to be executed within ten (10) business days.
