The Mechanical Engineer engagement shall be executed over a period of fourteen (14) calendar months from the date of contract execution. The design phase (Items 01–06) is estimated at eight months, while the on-site supervision and commissioning phase (Items 07–09) spans six months. A detailed Gantt chart and milestone schedule will be provided as an annex to the final contract. All deliverables are subject to the client's review and approval cycle, which is assumed to be fourteen (14) business days per submission.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labor rates, or regulatory requirements applicable in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- Payment shall be made in Russian Rubles (RUB) via bank transfer to the account of Petrov Engineering Consultancy LLC. The payment schedule is as follows: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon delivery of the complete design package, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover of as-built documentation.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, calculations, and drawings produced by the Mechanical Engineer shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate.
- The Mechanical Engineer shall maintain professional liability insurance with a minimum coverage of 50,000,000 RUB throughout the duration of the project, as required for engineering services in Russia Saint Petersburg.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond 10% of the original estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs will be calculated at the unit rates specified in Section 2 of this document.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through arbitration at the Arbitration Court of Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Oblast, in accordance with the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
- The Mechanical Engineer reserves the right to subcontract specialized sub-disciplines (e.g., fire protection engineering, electrical coordination) provided that the lead Mechanical Engineer retains full responsibility for the integrated design package.
By signing below, both parties acknowledge that this Quotation Estimate represents a binding offer for the provision of Mechanical Engineer services in Russia Saint Petersburg under the terms and conditions set forth herein. This document shall form the basis of the definitive service contract to be executed within thirty (30) days of mutual acceptance.
