1. Scope of Work – Mechanical Engineer Services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Al-Riyadh Engineering Consultancy Co. Ltd. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer professional services for the client's project located in Saudi Arabia Riyadh. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of mechanical engineering support, including but not limited to: design review and validation of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems; thermal and fluid dynamics analysis; mechanical equipment selection and specification; piping and process system design; structural load assessment for mechanical installations; commissioning and performance testing; and ongoing maintenance planning in full compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), Saudi Standards, Metrology and Quality Organization (SASO) regulations, and all applicable municipal bylaws of the Riyadh Municipality.
The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in industrial and commercial mechanical systems within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with specific expertise in the climatic and regulatory conditions unique to Saudi Arabia Riyadh. All deliverables will be produced in accordance with the project specifications, local authority requirements, and international standards (ASME, ASHRAE, ISO) as adopted by Saudi regulatory bodies.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
The following terms govern this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services in Saudi Arabia Riyadh:
- Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations, exchange rate changes, or updated regulatory requirements in Saudi Arabia Riyadh.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate; 40% upon completion of design and specification deliverables; 20% upon successful commissioning; 10% upon final handover and acceptance. All payments shall be made in Saudi Riyals (SAR) via bank transfer to the account specified on the invoice.
