The Mechanical Engineer assigned to this engagement will be responsible for ensuring that all mechanical systems comply with Senegalese national building codes, the standards set forth by the Direction de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme (DCU) of Dakar, and applicable international standards including ISO 9001, ASME, and API guidelines. The Mechanical Engineer will also coordinate with local authorities in Senegal Dakar to obtain all necessary permits, inspections, and certifications required for project completion.

3.1 Payment Schedule: This Quotation Estimate is structured with a payment plan of 30% upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of the design and procurement phase, and 30% upon successful commissioning and final handover. All payments shall be made in XOF via bank transfer to the account of Dakar Engineering Solutions SARL, Banques Populaires du Sénégal, Dakar.
3.2 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, the Mechanical Engineer service rates and associated costs may be subject to revision based on market conditions in Senegal Dakar.
3.3 Scope Changes: Any modification to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. The Mechanical Engineer will issue a supplementary quotation for any additional services required.
3.4 Liability and Insurance: The Mechanical Engineer and Dakar Engineering Solutions SARL shall maintain professional indemnity insurance and third-party liability coverage throughout the duration of the engagement in Senegal Dakar. The client is responsible for site safety compliance and access to the work area.
3.5 Intellectual Property: All design documents, calculations, and technical reports produced by the Mechanical Engineer under this Quotation Estimate shall become the property of the client upon full payment.
