This Quotation Estimate is issued by Valencia Engineering Solutions S.L. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer consultancy and technical services for the industrial plant modernisation project located in the Valencia province, Spain. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, prices may be revised to reflect changes in material costs, labour rates, or applicable Spanish tax regulations.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of the design and feasibility phase (Items 01–04), and 30% upon final delivery of as-built documentation and commissioning sign-off (Items 05–07).
- All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of Valencia Engineering Solutions S.L. at Banco Santander, IBAN: ES91 0049 0001 5320 1234 5678, SWIFT: BSCHESMM.
- The Mechanical Engineer services described in this Quotation Estimate are subject to the professional liability insurance policy held by the firm (Policy No. INS-2025-VAL-0042, coverage: 1,000,000 EUR per claim).
- Any variation in scope beyond 10% of the original estimate will require a written amendment signed by both parties before additional work commences.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the Spanish Civil Code and the applicable regulations of the Generalitat Valenciana. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Valencia, Spain.
- The client acknowledges that the Mechanical Engineer's professional judgement is based on the information and access provided by the client. Concealed conditions or structural anomalies not detectable during the initial survey may necessitate additional engineering work, to be quoted separately.
- All intellectual property rights in the design documents, CAD files, and technical reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment of the total amount.
By signing below, the client confirms acceptance of this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services in Spain Valencia and agrees to the terms and conditions set forth in Section 3. The project shall commence within ten (10) working days of the receipt of the advance payment.
