3.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Sudan Khartoum.
3.2 Payment shall be made in United States Dollars (USD) via bank transfer to the account of Nile Valley Engineering Consultants Ltd. at Bank of Khartoum, Sudan Khartoum branch. Payment schedule: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and specification deliverables, and 30% upon successful commissioning and final handover.
3.3 The Mechanical Engineer and all supporting personnel shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards of the Republic of the Sudan, including those enforced by the Ministry of Industry and the Sudanese Engineers Syndicate.
3.4 Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order, mutually agreed upon in writing by both parties, with corresponding adjustments to cost and timeline.
3.5 The client shall provide the Mechanical Engineer with safe access to the project site in Sudan Khartoum, all necessary existing drawings, utility data, and permits required to commence work within five (5) working days of contract signing.
3.6 All intellectual property, design documents, and engineering calculations produced under this engagement shall become the property of the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios and case studies.
3.7 Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Sudan Arbitration Centre in Khartoum.
3.8 This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by the client and countersigned by both parties.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the provision of Mechanical Engineer services at the designated project site in Sudan Khartoum.
