The Mechanical Engineer engaged under this Quotation Estimate shall perform the following professional services in Tanzania Dar es Salaam:
- Conduct a comprehensive mechanical systems audit of the client's existing industrial plant and equipment located in the Dar es Salaam industrial zone.
- Design and develop detailed mechanical engineering drawings, schematics, and technical specifications for the proposed upgrade of HVAC systems, piping networks, and rotating machinery.
- Perform structural integrity assessments and load calculations for all mechanical components in accordance with ASME, ISO, and local Tanzanian building codes applicable in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing economic conditions in Tanzania Dar es Salaam.
- Payment shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon signing of the service agreement, 40% upon completion of the design and audit phase, and 30% upon final commissioning and handover of all deliverables.
- All payments shall be made in Tanzanian Shillings (TZS) via bank transfer to the account of Tanzania Dar es Salaam Engineering Consultants Ltd. at the designated commercial bank in Dar es Salaam.
- The Mechanical Engineer and supporting technical team shall adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations as enforced by the Tanzania Environment Management Authority (TEMA) and the Ministry of Energy and Petroleum.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond what is described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment prior to execution.
- The client shall provide the Mechanical Engineer with full access to the project site in Tanzania Dar es Salaam, including existing documentation, as-built drawings, and equipment data sheets, at least five (5) business days before the commencement of fieldwork.
- Intellectual property rights for all design documents, reports, and technical specifications produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full and final payment.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of Tanzania, with the seat of arbitration in Dar es Salaam.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement document referencing this quotation number.
The estimated duration for the complete delivery of all services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is twelve (12) weeks from the date of contract execution. The Mechanical Engineer shall submit a detailed project schedule and Gantt chart within the first week of engagement. Milestone reviews shall be conducted bi-weekly with the client's project management team in Tanzania Dar es Salaam to ensure alignment with the agreed-upon timeline and quality standards.
