This Quotation Estimate is issued by Chulalongkorn Engineering Solutions Co., Ltd. to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer consulting, design, and oversight services for the Thailand Bangkok industrial facility expansion project. The scope encompasses all mechanical systems including HVAC design, piping network engineering, structural support for rotating equipment, and thermal system optimization. All work will be conducted in accordance with the Thai Building Control Act B.E. 2522, the Thai Industrial Standards Institute (TISI) regulations, and applicable international engineering codes as adopted for use in Thailand Bangkok.
The Mechanical Engineer team assigned to this project will operate primarily from our Bangkok headquarters and will conduct on-site inspections at the client's Thailand Bangkok premises no fewer than three times per week during the active design and construction phases. All deliverables will be submitted in both Thai and English to satisfy local regulatory requirements and international stakeholder reporting needs.

Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in the following installments: 30% upon contract execution, 40% upon completion of detailed design and approval of all Mechanical Engineer deliverables, and 30% upon successful commissioning and final handover. All payments are to be made in Thai Baht (THB) via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement. Late payments shall incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month as stipulated under Thai commercial law.
The total estimated duration for all Mechanical Engineer services outlined in this Quotation Estimate is approximately eight (8) calendar months from the date of contract signing. The schedule is structured to align with the dry season in Thailand Bangkok (November through April) for all outdoor structural and piping works, minimizing weather-related delays. A detailed Gantt chart will be provided as an appendix to the executed contract.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, pricing may be subject to revision due to material cost fluctuations in the Thailand Bangkok market.
- All Mechanical Engineer services shall be performed by licensed professionals registered with the Council of Engineers, Thailand. The lead Mechanical Engineer holds P.Eng. certification and a minimum of fifteen years of experience in industrial mechanical systems.
- The client agrees to provide timely access to the Thailand Bangkok project site, all existing as-built drawings, and any third-party data required for the Mechanical Engineer to perform the scope of work.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment.
- Confidentiality: All proprietary information exchanged during the engagement shall be treated as confidential in accordance with the Thai Civil and Commercial Code, Book V.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the rules of the Thai Arbitration Institute, with the seat of arbitration in Bangkok, Thailand.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the formal Service Agreement incorporating these terms.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate for Mechanical Engineer services in Thailand Bangkok and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein. This acceptance does not obligate either party until a formal Service Agreement is executed.
