The total amount stated in this Quotation Estimate shall be paid by the client to Anatolia Mechanical Engineering Consultancy Ltd. in accordance with the following milestone-based schedule. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the company's designated account in Ankara, Turkey, within fifteen (15) business days of invoice issuance:
- Milestone 1 (25%): Upon signing of the service agreement and receipt of the initial advance payment – USD 50,520.00
- Milestone 2 (25%): Upon completion and client approval of the detailed mechanical design package – USD 50,520.00
- Milestone 3 (25%): Upon completion of on-site installation supervision and successful commissioning – USD 50,520.00
- Milestone 4 (25%): Upon final handover of all documentation, O&M manuals, and project closeout in Turkey Ankara – USD 50,520.00
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates and terms are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in Turkey Ankara.
- The Mechanical Engineer services described herein are exclusive to the project scope outlined in Section 2. Any additional or change-order work shall be subject to a separate written amendment and supplementary quotation.
