1. Scope of Work — Mechanical Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by Emirates Mechanical Engineering Solutions LLC to provide comprehensive Mechanical Engineer professional services for the design, engineering, and technical supervision of the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) and process piping systems at the Al Noor Industrial Development Company facility located in Khalifa Industrial Zone 3 (KIZAD), United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi. The scope encompasses all mechanical engineering disciplines including but not limited to thermal load calculations, ductwork design, piping isometric drawings, equipment selection and sizing, energy efficiency analysis, and compliance verification with the Abu Dhabi Municipal Engineering Department (AMED) regulations and the UAE Building Code.
The Mechanical Engineer team assigned to this project will operate in full accordance with the United Arab Emirates Federal Law No. 16 of 2018 on the Regulation of Engineering and Architecture Professions, as well as all applicable Abu Dhabi local authority requirements. All deliverables will be produced in both Arabic and English to satisfy the regulatory submission standards of the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi municipal and industrial authorities.

3. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in the United Arab Emirates Abu Dhabi engineering services sector.
- All fees are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of the Mechanical Engineer's professional time, software licensing, travel within Abu Dhabi emirate, and standard reporting. Travel to sites outside Abu Dhabi emirate will be billed separately at AED 12.00 per kilometre.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon submission of design deliverables for client review, and 30% upon final handover and issuance of the completion certificate by the Mechanical Engineer.
- The Mechanical Engineer services are governed by the UAE Federal Law and the Abu Dhabi local regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Abu Dhabi in accordance with the rules of the Abu Dhabi Centre for Conciliation and Arbitration (ADCCAA).
- Intellectual property of all design documents, calculations, and reports produced under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Mechanical Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to government-mandated shutdowns in the United Arab Emirates, shall extend project timelines proportionally without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until countersigned by both parties and the advance payment is received in the company's designated bank account in Abu Dhabi.
