The designated Mechanical Engineer team, led by a Chartered Mechanical Engineer (CPEng) registered with the UAE Council of Engineers, shall deliver the following services:

• Review and validation of all mechanical system designs including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building services for the 32-storey tower and associated podium structures.
• Preparation of detailed mechanical engineering calculations, load analyses, and energy performance modelling in accordance with the Dubai Green Building Regulations (DGBR) and Estidama sustainability guidelines.
• Coordination with structural, electrical, and architectural disciplines to resolve spatial conflicts and ensure integrated building services delivery.
• Issuance of shop drawings, method statements, and technical submittals for approval by the Dubai Municipality and the relevant free-zone or mainland authority.
• On-site supervision and quality assurance inspections at critical construction milestones, including pressure testing of piping systems, refrigerant leak detection, and HVAC balancing.
• Commissioning support, performance testing, and preparation of the final as-built documentation package for the Dubai Municipality final completion certificate.

• 25% advance payment upon execution of the service agreement and receipt of this Quotation Estimate.
• 40% progress payment upon completion of the design review and issuance of all mechanical engineering calculations.
• 25% payment upon completion of on-site supervision and commissioning activities in United Arab Emirates Dubai.
• 10% final payment upon handover of the complete as-built documentation package and receipt of the Dubai Municipality final completion certificate.
• All payments shall be made in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) via bank transfer to the account specified in the service agreement.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for a revised quotation after the expiry date shall be subject to re-evaluation of current market rates for Mechanical Engineer services in the United Arab Emirates Dubai region.
• All services shall be performed in accordance with the UAE Federal Law No. 7 of 1985 (Civil Code), the Dubai Municipality Technical Regulations, and the applicable provisions of the UAE Building and Construction Code.
• The Mechanical Engineer team shall maintain full professional indemnity insurance with a minimum cover of AED 5,000,000 throughout the duration of the project.
• Any variation in scope exceeding 10% of the total Quotation Estimate value shall require a formal variation order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
• Confidentiality: All project data, drawings, and proprietary information exchanged in connection with this engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
• Disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in Dubai in accordance with the rules of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC).
• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
