This Quotation Estimate is issued by Pacific Coast Mechanical Engineering Group, Inc. to Meridian Industrial Holdings, LLC for the provision of comprehensive Mechanical Engineer consulting and design services to be performed within the city of Los Angeles, United States. - This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, all pricing is subject to revision based on current market conditions in the Los Angeles, United States engineering services sector.
- All services described herein shall be performed by a licensed Mechanical Engineer holding a valid California Professional Engineer (P.E.) license, in full compliance with the California Business and Professions Code and the Los Angeles Municipal Code.
- Payment terms: 30% upon execution of the contract, 40% upon delivery of design documents and permit submittals, and 30% upon completion of construction-phase support and final commissioning. Invoices are due net thirty (30) days from date of issue.
- Any work outside the defined scope of this Quotation Estimate shall be billed at the hourly rate of $225.00 per hour for the lead Mechanical Engineer and $145.00 per hour for supporting engineers and technicians, subject to prior written approval by the client.
- All intellectual property, design documents, and engineering calculations produced under this engagement shall become the property of Meridian Industrial Holdings, LLC upon full payment of all invoices.
- This project is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
- The Mechanical Engineer of record assumes professional liability for the accuracy of all calculations, drawings, and specifications delivered. Pacific Coast Mechanical Engineering Group, Inc. maintains professional liability insurance in the amount of $2,000,000 per occurrence.
- All on-site work shall comply with OSHA regulations, Los Angeles fire code requirements, and any applicable environmental regulations enforced by the Los Angeles County Air Quality Management District (AQMD).
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Mechanical Engineer and associated services in Los Angeles, United States. This signature constitutes a binding agreement to proceed with the project as described.
