- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period will require revalidation of all rates and availability of the designated Mechatronics Engineer.
- All prices stated in this Quotation Estimate are in United States Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of applicable professional service fees. Any taxes, customs duties, or import levies imposed by the Government of Afghanistan on the Mechatronics Engineer's equipment or materials shall be borne by the client.
- Payment Schedule: 30% advance upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of Phase 2 (installation and commissioning in Afghanistan Kabul); 30% upon final acceptance and handover of all documentation.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall adhere to all local regulations, security protocols, and operational guidelines established by the client and relevant Afghan authorities while working in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Any scope changes, additional phases, or extended engagement beyond the 12-month period outlined in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary written amendment signed by both parties.
- Intellectual property, design files, and proprietary control logic developed by the Mechatronics Engineer during the course of this project shall remain the property of the client upon full payment.
- Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for delays or non-performance resulting from acts of war, civil unrest, natural disasters, or government-imposed restrictions affecting operations in Afghanistan Kabul.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), with the seat of arbitration in Geneva, Switzerland.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
