Payment Terms

This Quotation Estimate is structured with the following payment milestones, payable by bank transfer to the account of Atlas Mechatronics & Engineering SARL, BNA Algiers:

30% Advance Payment: Due upon signature of the contract (DZD 7,043,610) – to mobilize the Mechatronics Engineer and initiate the project in Algeria Algiers.
40% Progress Payment: Due upon completion of design, PLC programming, and robotic integration phases (DZD 9,391,480).
20% Commissioning Payment: Due upon successful Site Acceptance Test (SAT) sign-off (DZD 4,695,740).
10% Final Payment: Due upon delivery of all documentation and completion of the 30-day post-commissioning warranty period (DZD 2,347,870).

Terms and Conditions

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, prices may be revised to reflect market conditions in Algeria Algiers.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project shall comply with all Algerian labor regulations, industrial safety standards (ISO 13849, IEC 62443), and local environmental directives applicable in Algeria Algiers.
All intellectual property developed under this engagement shall be transferred to the client upon full payment. The Mechatronics Engineer shall sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) prior to commencing work.
Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a supplementary quotation approved in writing by both parties.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Mechatronics Engineer's ability to perform in Algeria Algiers, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent commercial court of Algiers, Algeria.
The client agrees to provide the Mechatronics Engineer with safe working conditions, access to all relevant technical documentation, and necessary infrastructure (workstation, network access, workshop space) at the Algeria Algiers site.
