All prices are expressed in Argentine Pesos (ARS) and are subject to the exchange rate and tax regulations in force in Argentina Buenos Aires at the time of invoicing. This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of third-party hardware, components, or materials, which will be quoted separately upon client approval of the design phase.
- 30% advance payment (ARS 771,375.00) upon signing of the service contract and acceptance of this Quotation Estimate.
- 40% milestone payment (ARS 1,028,500.00) upon completion and client sign-off of the design and programming phases (Items 2, 3, and 4).
- 30% final payment (ARS 771,375.00) upon successful commissioning, delivery of documentation, and completion of operator training (Items 5, 6, and 7).
- Payments shall be made via bank transfer (transferencia bancaria) to the account of TecnoMecánica S.A. at Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Buenos Aires, CBU: 0110001000000000000001, within fifteen (15) calendar days of invoice issuance.
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After the expiration date, prices may be adjusted to reflect changes in the Argentine economic environment, including inflation indexation per the Índice de Precios al Consumidor (IPC) published by INDEC.
- The Mechatronics Engineer services described herein are professional intellectual services. All designs, code, and documentation produced under this engagement shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- The project timeline of approximately 58 business days (excluding the 90-day warranty period) is contingent upon timely client approvals, availability of the site in Argentina Buenos Aires, and prompt delivery of any third-party components.
- TecnoMecánica S.A. shall maintain professional liability insurance and comply with all labor and safety regulations applicable in the Province of Buenos Aires and the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment by the Mechatronics Engineer prior to execution.
- This Quotation Estimate is governed by the Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation of Argentina (Código Civil y Comercial de la Nación) and any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Buenos Aires.
By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes TecnoMecánica S.A. to proceed with the Mechatronics Engineer services as described herein, under the terms and conditions stated in this document.
