2. SCOPE OF SERVICES – MECHATRONICS ENGINEER CONSULTANCYThis Quotation Estimate is issued by AndesTech Engineering Solutions S.R.L. to formally present the professional services of a certified Mechatronics Engineer for the industrial automation and integrated systems project located in the province of Argentina Córdoba. The scope encompasses the design, implementation, commissioning, and technical supervision of mechatronic systems for the client's manufacturing facility situated in the Parque Industrial of Alta Córdoba, Córdoba, Argentina.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will be responsible for the complete integration of mechanical, electronic, and software components to deliver a fully operational automated production line. All technical deliverables will comply with the Argentine technical standards (IRAM) and the regulatory framework established by the provincial industrial authority of Córdoba.

4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect current market conditions in Argentina Córdoba.
4.2 Payment Schedule: 30% advance payment upon contract signing; 40% upon completion of installation (Item 04); 30% upon successful commissioning and delivery of final documentation. All payments shall be made via bank transfer to the account of AndesTech Engineering Solutions S.R.L., Banco de la Nación Argentina, Sucursal Córdoba.
4.3 Project Timeline: The total estimated duration for the Mechatronics Engineer project is eight (8) weeks from the date of contract execution, subject to client availability of the facility and timely delivery of third-party components.
4.4 Intellectual Property: All engineering designs, control programs, and technical documentation produced by the Mechatronics Engineer under this contract shall become the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
4.5 Liability and Insurance: The Mechatronics Engineer and AndesTech Engineering Solutions S.R.L. maintain professional liability insurance with a coverage of ARS 50,000,000, valid throughout the province of Córdoba, Argentina.
4.6 Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Córdoba industrial corridor.
4.7 Governing Law: This Quotation Estimate and any resulting contract shall be governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic and the provincial regulations of Córdoba. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the city of Córdoba, Argentina.
4.8 Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all technical data, proprietary processes, and business information exchanged during the execution of this Mechatronics Engineer engagement.
5.
