4.1 This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Should the client wish to proceed after the validity period, a revised quotation will be required to reflect any changes in material costs, exchange rates, or resource availability.
4.2 All rates quoted are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of the Mechatronics Engineer's professional time, technical expertise, and standard tooling. Specialised equipment or third-party licensing fees not explicitly listed will be invoiced separately with prior written approval from the client.
4.3 The project will be executed in Australia Melbourne, and all on-site work will comply with the Victorian Work Health and Safety Regulations 2017. The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work area, necessary permits, and any site-specific induction requirements.

4.7 This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Melbourne prior to any litigation in the Victorian courts.
