• Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this quotation, 40% upon successful commissioning, and 30% upon final acceptance and documentation handover. All payments shall be made in Bangladeshi Taka via bank transfer to the account of Apex Mechatronics Solutions Ltd., Dhaka, Bangladesh.
• The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable safety regulations, including those issued by the Bangladesh Labour Act 2006 and the Bangladesh Standards and Testing Institute (BSTI) guidelines for industrial automation equipment.
• All deliverables, including design drawings, source code, PLC ladder logic, and as-built documentation, shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
• Travel and accommodation costs for on-site work within the Bangladesh Dhaka metropolitan area are included. Any site visits outside Dhaka (e.g., Gazipur, Narayanganj, Chittagong) shall be billed separately at actual cost plus 10% handling fee.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions specific to the Bangladesh Dhaka region, shall extend the project timeline proportionally without penalty to either party.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in Dhaka, Bangladesh, in accordance with the Arbitration Act 2001 of Bangladesh.
