1. Scope of Work and Description

3. Payment Terms
- 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and signing of the service contract.
- 40% upon completion of the installation and integration phase (Item 04).
- 20% upon successful commissioning and acceptance sign-off (Item 05).
- 10% upon completion of the 90-day warranty support period (Item 07).
- All payments to be made via bank transfer (TED/PIX) to the account of TechMech Solutions Engineering Ltda., Banco do Brasil, Ag. 1234-5, Conta Corrente: 67890-1.
- Invoices will be issued in accordance with Brazilian tax regulations (Nota Fiscal de Serviço – NFS-e) for the municipality of Rio de Janeiro.
4. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro.
- The Mechatronics Engineer services described herein are subject to the professional liability insurance policy maintained by TechMech Solutions Engineering Ltda. (Policy No. SEGURO-2025-0042).
- All intellectual property rights in the engineering designs, control programs, and documentation produced under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- The client is responsible for providing safe access to the work site, necessary permits, and coordination with local authorities in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
- Any scope changes or additional services beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate will be subject to a supplementary estimate and written approval by both parties.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until both parties execute the formal Service Agreement (Contrato de Prestação de Serviços).
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Rio de Janeiro, RJ, Brazil, in accordance with the Brazilian Civil Code.
5. Acceptance
