1. Scope of Work – Mechatronics Engineer Services
This Quotation Estimate is issued by AndesTech Engineering Solutions SpA, a specialized engineering firm headquartered in Chile Santiago, to provide comprehensive professional services rendered by a certified Mechatronics Engineer for the industrial automation and control systems modernization project at the client's manufacturing facility located in Chile Santiago. The scope encompasses the design, integration, programming, commissioning, and post-deployment support of mechatronic systems that combine mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software engineering disciplines.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will be responsible for conducting a full diagnostic assessment of the existing production lines, developing detailed technical specifications for new automated subsystems, selecting appropriate PLCs, sensors, actuators, and industrial communication protocols, and overseeing the physical installation and integration of all mechatronic components. 3. Terms and Conditions
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to market fluctuations in component costs within Chile Santiago.
- Payment terms: 30% advance upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of installation and commissioning, and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of all documentation. All payments shall be made in Chilean Pesos (CLP) via bank transfer to the account of AndesTech Engineering Solutions SpA.
- The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project shall maintain valid professional registration with the Colegio de Ingenieros de Chile and shall carry professional liability insurance for the duration of the engagement in Chile Santiago.
- All work will be performed in accordance with applicable Chilean legislation, including the Ley 16.744 on occupational risks and the NCh 1100 series standards for industrial electrical installations.
- The client shall provide safe access to the facility, necessary utilities (power, compressed air), and a dedicated coordination point of contact during all phases of the project in Chile Santiago.
- Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a formal change order and additional cost assessment approved in writing by both parties.
- Intellectual property of all designs, PLC programs, and technical documentation developed specifically for this project shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
