The Service Provider hereby submits this Quotation Estimate for the professional engagement of a senior Mechatronics Engineer specializing in integrated electromechanical systems, industrial robotics, PLC programming, and embedded control architectures. The Mechatronics Engineer will be physically stationed in China Shanghai and will report directly to the Client's project management office located in the Pudong district. The scope encompasses the following deliverables:

• Design, development, and commissioning of mechatronic subsystems for automated production lines in China Shanghai manufacturing facilities.
• Integration of sensor arrays, actuators, and microcontroller-based control units into existing industrial infrastructure.
• Programming and optimization of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) sequences and SCADA interfaces for real-time monitoring.
• Conducting feasibility studies and technical assessments for new mechatronic installations across the China Shanghai industrial corridor.

The following Quotation Estimate details all costs associated with the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer and related project activities in China Shanghai. All monetary values are expressed in Chinese Yuan (CNY / RMB) unless otherwise stated.

Payment against this Quotation Estimate shall be made via bank transfer to the Service Provider's designated account in China Shanghai. The payment schedule is structured as follows:

• 30% Advance Payment (CNY 679,017) – due within 10 business days of contract execution.
• 40% Milestone Payment (CNY 905,356) – due upon successful commissioning of the first mechatronic system in China Shanghai.
• 30% Final Payment (CNY 679,017) – due upon project completion and delivery of all documentation.

• This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all rates are subject to revision based on prevailing market conditions in China Shanghai.

• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration under the Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC) in accordance with its then-current rules.
