- Travel and accommodation expenses for the Mechatronics Engineer within the Colombia Medellín metropolitan area are included. Travel from outside the Antioquia department will be billed at actual cost with supporting receipts.
- Hardware, components, and materials are not included in this Quotation Estimate and will be quoted separately upon final design approval. A preliminary materials budget of COP $45,000,000 (approx. USD $10,450) is estimated for reference.
- All professional fees are subject to 19% Colombian VAT (IVA) as per national tax regulations. The VAT amount of COP $22,021,000 will be added to the subtotal.
- This Quotation Estimate assumes standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) in Colombia Medellín. Overtime or weekend work will be billed at 1.5x the applicable daily rate.

- The Mechatronics Engineer is engaged as an independent professional service provider. No employment relationship is created between the parties.
- All intellectual property generated during the project, including designs, code, and documentation, shall be the exclusive property of the client upon full payment.
- Either party may terminate the agreement with fifteen (15) days written notice. In such case, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a final contract. A formal service agreement will be executed prior to the commencement of work.
- Disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved through the competent commercial courts of Colombia Medellín, Antioquia.
