The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in mechatronic system design, PLC programming, industrial robotics integration, and embedded control systems. The scope of work for this Quotation Estimate encompasses the following deliverables:

• System Architecture & Design: Full conceptual and detailed design of the mechatronic control system, including electrical schematics, pneumatic/hydraulic circuit diagrams, and mechanical interface drawings, tailored to the operational requirements of the client's facility in Egypt Alexandria.
• PLC & HMI Programming: Development and implementation of Siemens S7-1500 PLC logic, SCADA/HMI interfaces, and communication protocols (PROFINET, Modbus TCP) for seamless integration with existing plant infrastructure.
• Industrial Robotics Integration: Programming, calibration, and safety interlock configuration of up to four (4) six-axis robotic arms for pick-and-place and assembly operations.
• Sensor & Actuator Selection: Specification, procurement coordination, and installation of proximity sensors, encoders, servo drives, and pneumatic actuators compliant with IEC 61508 functional safety standards.

• This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide a dedicated, electrically safe workspace with three-phase power (400V/50Hz) and compressed air supply at the project site in Egypt Alexandria.
• Structural civil works, building modifications, and utility upgrades are excluded from this estimate.
• Any scope change exceeding 10% of the original work order will require a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
• The Mechatronics Engineer is not responsible for third-party equipment failures unrelated to the mechatronic systems under this contract.

• This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until a formal Service Agreement is executed by both parties.
• Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, libraries, and pre-existing IP remain the property of Alexandria Mechatronics Solutions Ltd.
• Confidentiality obligations as defined in the NDA (attached as Annex A) shall survive for a period of three (3) years post-project completion.
• Governing law: The laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Egypt Alexandria in accordance with the Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.
• Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government-mandated shutdowns, or supply chain disruptions affecting the Egypt Alexandria region, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
