This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Nile Delta Mechatronics & Automation Co. to provide a comprehensive and transparent breakdown of professional services rendered by a certified Mechatronics Engineer for the client's industrial automation and control systems project located in Egypt Cairo. 2. Scope of Work – Mechatronics Engineer Services in Egypt Cairo

The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will operate primarily from the client's premises in Egypt Cairo, with supplementary work conducted at our engineering office in the 6th of October City. The scope encompasses the following key deliverables:

3. Mechatronics Engineer Qualifications

The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this Quotation Estimate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from Cairo University Faculty of Engineering, with a Master's specialization in Industrial Automation from the German University in Cairo. The engineer possesses over twelve (12) years of hands-on experience in designing and deploying integrated mechatronic systems across manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and food-processing industries in Egypt Cairo and the broader Middle East region. The engineer is certified in Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio 5000, and ISO 13849 functional safety standards.

4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be subject to revision due to fluctuating component costs in the Egyptian market.
Payment terms: 30% advance payment upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and procurement phases, and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover in Egypt Cairo.
All payments shall be made in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) via bank transfer to the account of Nile Delta Mechatronics & Automation Co., National Bank of Egypt, Cairo Branch.
The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Egyptian industrial safety regulations, including those issued by the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality (EOS) and the Ministry of Trade and Industry.
Any changes to the scope of work beyond the parameters described in this Quotation Estimate shall require a written change order signed by both parties before additional work commences.
The 90-day warranty period covers defects in design and programming only. It does not cover damage caused by operator error, power surges, or unauthorized modifications to the system.
Intellectual property rights for all custom designs, PLC programs, and CAD models developed under this Quotation Estimate shall transfer to the client upon full payment.
This Quotation Estimate does not include the cost of physical hardware (PLCs, drives, sensors, actuators, robotic arms, electrical panels), which shall be quoted separately upon the client's request.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation, failing which they shall be referred to the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.

5. Assumptions and Exclusions

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the client will provide safe access to the production floor in Egypt Cairo, adequate workspace for the Mechatronics Engineer, and all necessary permits for on-site electrical and mechanical work. The estimate excludes travel and accommodation costs, as the project site is within the Cairo metropolitan area. It also excludes the supply of raw materials, third-party software licenses beyond those specified, and any civil or structural modifications to the factory building.
