Payment for this Quotation Estimate shall be made in quarterly installments. An initial mobilization payment of 15% (EUR 26,525.10 incl. VAT) is due upon contract signature. • This Quotation Estimate is valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, pricing may be revised to reflect market conditions in the Germany Frankfurt engineering labor market.
• The Mechatronics Engineer shall remain an employee of TechnoMech Solutions GmbH and shall not be considered an employee or agent of the client. All labor law obligations are the responsibility of TechnoMech Solutions GmbH.
