• This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-evaluation of pricing due to potential fluctuations in material costs and exchange rates within Ghana Accra.
• All payments shall be made in Ghana Cedis (GHS) via bank transfer to the account of TechNova Engineering Solutions Ltd. at Ecobank Ghana, Accra Branch. No cash payments will be accepted.
• The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all occupational health and safety regulations as enforced by the Ghana Labour Commission and the National Safety Authority (NSA) while on-site in Ghana Accra.
• Intellectual property generated during the course of this engagement, including control logic, HMI designs, and system architectures, shall remain the property of the client upon full payment. The Mechatronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client consent.
• Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a formal variation order signed by both parties. Additional costs arising from scope changes will be itemized in a supplementary Quotation Estimate.
• The Mechatronics Engineer provides a twelve-month warranty on all design and integration work performed. This warranty covers defects in engineering but excludes damage caused by operator error, power surges, or unauthorized modifications.
• Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through mediation under the Ghana Arbitration Act, 1968 (Act 30), with jurisdiction in Ghana Accra.
• The client agrees to provide the Mechatronics Engineer with safe access to the facility, necessary utilities, and all existing technical documentation prior to the commencement of work.

This Quotation Estimate assumes that the existing electrical infrastructure at the Ghana Accra facility is in good working order and compliant with the Ghana National Electrical Code. The cost of major civil works, structural modifications, or third-party equipment procurement (e.g., robotic arms, servo drives) is excluded and will be quoted separately. Travel and accommodation for the Mechatronics Engineer within the Greater Accra Region are included; however, any travel outside Ghana Accra for component sourcing will be billed at cost plus a 10% administrative surcharge.

This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
