3.1 – This Quotation Estimate is a formal offer by PT. Nusantara Tech Solutions for the provision of Mechatronics Engineer services. Acceptance of this Quotation Estimate constitutes a binding agreement between both parties.
3.2 – Payment Terms: 30% down payment upon contract signing, 40% upon completion of system design and programming phases, 20% upon successful commissioning in Indonesia Jakarta, and 10% upon final handover and acceptance.
3.3 – The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable regulations of the Ministry of Industry of the Republic of Indonesia, including but not limited to occupational health and safety standards (K3) and electrical installation codes (PUIL).
3.4 – Project timeline is estimated at 20 weeks from the date of contract execution. Delays caused by client-side factors (permitting, facility readiness, material procurement) shall extend the timeline proportionally without additional cost to the client.
3.5 – Intellectual property developed specifically for the client under this engagement shall transfer to the client upon full payment. General methodologies, proprietary algorithms, and reusable code libraries remain the property of PT. Nusantara Tech Solutions.
3.6 – The Mechatronics Engineer is entitled to a 12-month warranty on all delivered systems. Warranty coverage excludes damage caused by misuse, unauthorized modifications, or force majeure events.
3.7 – Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through arbitration in Jakarta, Indonesia, in accordance with the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI).
4. Acceptance and AuthorizationBy signing below, both parties acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the Mechatronics Engineer engagement in Indonesia Jakarta.
