This Quotation Estimate is formally issued by Persian Precision Engineering Co., Ltd. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to deliver integrated design, development, commissioning, and maintenance services at the client's operational facilities located in Iran Tehran. The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this engagement will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in the fields of mechanical systems, electrical control, embedded software, and industrial automation. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the national standards of the Iranian Standards and Research Organization (ISIRI) and applicable international frameworks including IEC 61131, ISO 13849, and IEC 62443 for industrial cybersecurity.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure to be settled via bank transfer to the account of Persian Precision Engineering Co., Ltd., Tehran, Iran:

  • 30% Advance Payment (IRR 275,022,000 / $6,824) – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and issuance of the Purchase Order by the client.
  • 40% Progress Payment (IRR 366,696,000 / $9,098) – Due upon completion of the design phase (Item 2) and delivery of all engineering documentation for review.
  • 20% Commissioning Payment (IRR 183,348,000 / $4,549) – Due upon successful completion of FAT/SAT and handover of the operational system at the Iran Tehran facility.
  • 10% Retention Payment (IRR 91,674,000 / $2,275) – Due at the conclusion of the 90-day warranty and post-commissioning support period.
  • This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any request for extension beyond this period will be subject to re-evaluation of material and labor costs, particularly given the fluctuating exchange rates applicable in Iran Tehran.
  • All prices quoted are in Iranian Rial (IRR) with a USD equivalent provided for reference only. The USD conversion is based on the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) reference rate on the date of issue. Final settlement shall be conducted in IRR.
  • The Mechatronics Engineer and all support personnel shall comply with the labor regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran, including the Labor Law of 1977 and all applicable occupational health and safety directives enforced in Tehran industrial zones.
  • Intellectual property rights for all custom designs, firmware, and documentation produced under this engagement shall vest in the client upon full payment. The Mechatronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with prior written consent.
  • Any scope changes, additional work orders, or modifications to the original project specification must be documented in a formal Change Order signed by both parties before execution. Costs for such changes will be quoted separately and are not included in this Quotation Estimate.
  • Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, government sanctions affecting supply chains in Iran Tehran, or civil unrest, shall relieve the contractor from liability for delayed performance, provided written notice is given within 48 hours of the event.
  • Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the resulting contract shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mining and Trade, seated in Tehran.

By signing below, both parties acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms, conditions, and cost figures presented in this Quotation Estimate for the Mechatronics Engineer services to be delivered in Iran Tehran. This document, once countersigned, constitutes a binding agreement for the scope of work described herein.
