This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechMech Solutions Engineering Co. in response to the formal request for proposal received from Al-Rafidain Industrial Development Authority regarding the deployment of a qualified Mechatronics Engineer to oversee, design, and commission integrated electromechanical systems at the client's manufacturing facility located in Iraq Baghdad. The scope encompasses the full lifecycle of mechatronic system integration, including requirements analysis, system architecture design, PLC and SCADA programming, robotic cell commissioning, preventive maintenance planning, and ongoing technical support for a period of twelve (12) months.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of eight (8) years of progressive experience in industrial automation, embedded systems, and mechatronic design. The engineer will be physically stationed at the client's premises in Iraq Baghdad for a minimum of five (5) working days per week, with availability for emergency call-outs during non-working hours as stipulated in the service-level agreement.

This Quotation Estimate proposes the following milestone-based payment structure, payable via wire transfer to the designated bank account in Baghdad, Iraq:
- 20% Advance Payment – Due upon signed acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and issuance of the Purchase Order (USD 21,176.80).
- 30% upon Completion of Design Phase – Upon delivery and client approval of all engineering drawings and system architecture documents (USD 31,765.20).
- 30% upon Commissioning and Acceptance Testing – Following successful FAT/SAT of the mechatronic assembly line and robotic cells (USD 31,765.20).
- 20% upon Final Handover – Upon delivery of the complete as-built documentation package, training completion certificates, and 12-month support commencement (USD 21,176.80).
- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Any acceptance beyond this period is subject to re-pricing due to potential fluctuations in the USD/IQD exchange rate and material costs in the Iraq Baghdad market.
- All work shall be performed in strict compliance with Iraqi industrial safety regulations, the Baghdad Municipality building and electrical codes, and applicable IEC/ISO international standards.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall be provided with a valid work permit and residency visa for Iraq. The client shall facilitate all necessary governmental approvals and security clearances required for the engineer to operate within the Baghdad industrial zone.
- Intellectual property rights for all custom PLC code, HMI screens, and system designs developed under this contract shall vest in the client upon full payment. TechMech Solutions retains the right to use generic methodologies and non-proprietary knowledge in future projects.
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to civil unrest, power grid failures exceeding 72 hours, or government-imposed curfews in Baghdad, shall extend the project timeline on a day-for-day basis without penalty to either party.
- Warranty on all commissioned mechatronic systems is twelve (12) months from the date of final acceptance, covering defects in design, programming, and workmanship. Consumable parts and damage caused by operator error are excluded.
- Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. Failing resolution within thirty (30) days, the matter shall be referred to arbitration under the rules of the Iraqi Chamber of Commerce in Baghdad.
- All communications, reports, and technical documentation shall be produced in English. Arabic translations shall be provided at no additional cost for regulatory submissions to Iraqi authorities.
By signing below, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms, scope, and pricing outlined in this Quotation Estimate for the engagement of a Mechatronics Engineer and associated services at the project site in Iraq Baghdad.
