4.1 Validity: This Quotation Estimate remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. 4.2 Payment Schedule: Payment shall be made in three installments: 30% upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate and project commencement; 40% upon completion of installation and integration (end of Week 8); and 30% upon final acceptance and delivery of the documentation package.
