- This Quotation Estimate is based on the project requirements as communicated by the client during the initial consultation held in Tel Aviv on 2 June 2025.
- Any scope changes exceeding 10% of the originally defined deliverables will require a revised Quotation Estimate and mutual written approval before additional work commences.
- The Mechatronics Engineer's availability is confirmed for a 15-week engagement period. Extension beyond this period will be billed at the hourly rates specified in Section 4.
