This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechMech Solutions S.r.l. to provide comprehensive Mechatronics Engineer professional services for the client's manufacturing facility located in Italy Milan. The engagement covers the design, integration, commissioning, and ongoing technical support of mechatronic systems within the client's production lines. All work will be performed on-site in Milan, Italy, in full compliance with Italian industrial safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008) and EU machinery directives.
The Mechatronics Engineer assigned to this project will hold a minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in mechatronic system design, PLC/SCADA programming, industrial robotics integration, and predictive maintenance strategy. The engineer will operate primarily from the client's premises in Milan, Italy, with a weekly on-site presence of no fewer than five (5) working days during the active implementation phase.

- This Quotation Estimate is valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. After expiry, all rates and availability of the Mechatronics Engineer must be reconfirmed in writing.
- All services described herein will be delivered at the client's designated facility in Italy Milan. Any relocation of the project site to a different Italian city or region will require a revised Quotation Estimate.
- The Mechatronics Engineer shall comply with all applicable Italian labour laws, industrial safety regulations, and EU directives governing mechatronic and automated systems.
- Intellectual property generated specifically for the client under this Quotation Estimate shall vest in the client upon full payment. General methodologies, templates, and pre-existing IP of TechMech Solutions S.r.l. remain the property of the provider.
- Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments shall accrue interest at the rate prescribed by Italian law (Legge 288/2002).
- Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or government-mandated shutdowns in the Milan, Italy region, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
- This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties and converted into a definitive service agreement.
- All communications regarding this Quotation Estimate and the subsequent project shall be conducted in English, with all technical documentation delivered in both English and Italian for the Italy Milan site team.
