This document serves as a formal Quotation Estimate and does not constitute a binding contract until both parties have executed the definitive service agreement.

The Mechatronics Engineer proposed for this assignment holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the University of Naples Federico II, with over twelve years of progressive experience in industrial automation, robotics, and embedded systems. 4. Terms and Conditions of This Quotation Estimate

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of ninety (90) calendar days from the date of issue. After this period, all rates and availability of the Mechatronics Engineer are subject to revision.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of commissioning (Item 03), and 30% upon final acceptance of the documentation package (Item 08). The recurring maintenance fee (Item 06) shall be invoiced monthly in arrears.
All work shall be performed in strict compliance with Italian industrial safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008), EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and applicable standards of the Italian National Standards Body (UNI).
The Mechatronics Engineer shall maintain professional confidentiality regarding all proprietary processes, designs, and operational data encountered at the Client's facility in Italy Naples.
Any change in scope beyond the items listed in this Quotation Estimate shall be subject to a written change order and a supplementary Quotation Estimate issued by TechMech Solutions S.r.l.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters affecting the Naples metropolitan area, shall suspend obligations without penalty to either party.
Disputes arising from this Quotation Estimate or the subsequent service agreement shall be resolved by the competent courts of Naples, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.
This Quotation Estimate is issued in duplicate. Both copies carry equal legal weight once signed and stamped by both parties.

5. Acceptance

By signing below, the Client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and agrees to the terms, conditions, and pricing outlined herein for the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer at the specified location in Italy Naples.
