This Quotation Estimate is issued by TechMech Engineering S.r.l. to provide a comprehensive and itemized cost breakdown for the engagement of a senior Mechatronics Engineer to deliver integrated mechanical, electrical, and software engineering services at the client's manufacturing facility located in Italy Rome. The scope encompasses the design, prototyping, integration, testing, and commissioning of an automated production line incorporating robotic arms, PLC-based control systems, sensor networks, and embedded firmware. All work will be performed in compliance with Italian industrial safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008), EU Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, and applicable CE marking requirements specific to the Rome metropolitan industrial zone.

This Quotation Estimate is valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of issue. Beyond this period, all pricing, availability of the Mechatronics Engineer, and material cost assumptions must be re-validated.
Payment terms: 30% advance upon acceptance of this Quotation Estimate, 40% upon completion of design and software development phases (Items 02–04), and 30% upon successful commissioning and handover at the Rome, Italy site.
All work will be executed by a qualified Mechatronics Engineer holding a recognized Italian engineering degree (Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Meccatronica) and registered with the Ordine degli Ingegneri della Provincia di Roma.
The client shall provide safe access to the facility in Italy Rome, adequate workspace, and all necessary permits for on-site activities. Any delays caused by client-side unavailability will extend the project timeline proportionally.
Intellectual property generated during the engagement, including CAD models, PLC code, and firmware, shall transfer to the client upon full payment. The Mechatronics Engineer retains the right to reference the project in professional portfolios with client written consent.
Force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government-mandated closures affecting the Rome metropolitan area, shall suspend project timelines without penalty to either party.
This Quotation Estimate does not constitute a binding contract until formally accepted in writing by both parties via signed purchase order or service agreement.
All disputes arising from this engagement shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Tribunale di Roma, Italy, in accordance with Italian civil law.

By signing below, the client acknowledges receipt of this Quotation Estimate and authorizes TechMech Engineering S.r.l. to proceed with the engagement of the Mechatronics Engineer for the described services to be delivered at the specified location in Italy Rome.
